Rates are per room, per day and including taxes and breakfast. Rates available from 16th April 2010 until 23rd December 2010.

Payment conditions

The www.bedandstyle.com site works with a 100 % prepayment when doing the reservation. The payment of the consummate services is made directly on the spot by the person accommodated from the hotel, in cash, check or by the credit card, the exception made by an agreement concluded in advance. In case the company would settle the expenses of stay, a coverage written on headed paper of the company must be sent to ' the house of Provins ' before the arrival of the customer and to stipulate clearly the taken care services. The coverage can be implemented only after approval by the accounting department of " the house of Provins ".

Annulation Conditions

Any cancellation giving the right of a refund of the deposit will have to intervene at the latest two weeks beforehand of the date of arrival. Any cancellation between 15 days and 3 days before the date of arrival will be refundable at the level of 50 % or of a repositioning of the date of arrival. Any cancellation of a repositioned booking, until 3 days before the date of arrival will be refundable at most at the level of 50 %. Any cancellation 3 days before the date of arrival until no presentation of the reserving will be billable for the totality of the reserved stay.
